How inviting a supplier works

Invite-only. Suppliers cannot sign up on their own — they only get access through you.

Go to your Suppliers section
Inside your Gateway dashboard, open the Suppliers tab. Add a new supplier with their company name, primary contact, email, and country.

Send the invite
Gateway emails the supplier a secure login link and temporary password. They activate in 30 seconds. No approval queue, no waiting.

Attach POs to them
Any purchase order you create can be tagged to that supplier. They see it the moment you save it, and can update status as they produce.

Stay in control
You can deactivate a supplier at any time, revoke their access to specific POs, or archive a relationship after the last shipment closes out.
Supplier access is scoped to you only
  • Each supplier only sees POs and shipments from the customer that invited them.
  • They cannot see other customers, other suppliers, or Gateway-wide data.
  • Encrypted sessions, JWT auth, signed S3 URLs for documents.
  • You can deactivate a supplier with one click and they lose access immediately.
