Supplier Directory

Suppliers checked by a U.S. NVOCC: by phone, address, references and U.S. import records. Contact them through Gateway.

How Gateway checks suppliers

  • Business license checked

The business license, matched to the legal name and address.

  • Phone verified

A call to the listed number that reaches the company.

  • Address verified

The address confirmed by a video walk-through, records or a visit.

  • U.S. import records checked or references checked

At least 3 shipments to U.S. buyers in the last 24 months in U.S. import records, or 2 references reached by phone.

  • Restricted-party screening

    A clean screening against U.S. restricted-party lists.

Each check is dated and lasts 12 months. When one lapses, the orange check comes off the page and the dated checks stay.

How contact works

  1. 1

Press Contact on a supplier's page and tell Gateway what you need.

  2. 2

Gateway emails you a private link. Your message reaches the supplier when you press Send there.

  3. 3

Replies appear on that page, and Gateway emails you when a new one arrives.

Never pay a new bank account because of an email. Confirm any change of bank details with the supplier by phone.
